A box on my porch with a few skeins of yummy new yarn. It's Opal Sock yarn from the Southwestern Collection which I ordered from Carodan Farm Wool Shop. I guess it's time to get out those US0 needles and start swatching. This yarn knits up into patterns that look somewhat like fair-isle (but from a single strand!).
