I'm turning the heel on these socks. It's safe to say that I have not mastered the short row heel. Fortunately, I have extra yarn for additional socks if necessary!

Observation: The last few pairs of socks which I have knit have been done on two circular needles. For this pair of toe-up socks, I'm using a set of US1 bamboo double-pointed needles. I have dropped more stitches than I've ever dropped before. Perhaps it's because I'm still getting used to fingering weight yarn?
