Finished the Whitby Socks. This design is from Nancy Bush's book, Knitting on the Road. I used a strand of Lorna's Laces Sock yarn (#74 Mother Lode) and a strand of Novita Florica. I was having trouble with the tiny stitches required to get a nice fabric with just one strand. As it turned out, the two strands together was a little too thick. But, I learn something new with each project.

I looked around on line for a good photo of the LL yarn, but nothing really did it justice, so I scanned it myself. It is a lovely yarn. I bought it at a local yarn store (Stitch, Piece and Purl, Cuyahoga Falls, OH).
