07.16.2002 :: Sporty Sockies

Here is one of the socks knit with the short row heel style that I described in the previous post.

I started this sock because I was inspired by Rebecca's socks that she has pictured on her photo page. Then I found out that she sells her patterns, so I ordered a bunch. I received the patterns while in the middle of the first sock, so I was able to use the "flags" pattern to finish off the cuff.

The details:
Yarn: Regia + Cotton in white(01), with just a speck of Regia + Cotton Color in rio color(80) for the stripes.
Gauge: 10.5 st/in.
Needles: Addi Turbo US000(1.5mm)
Construction: Two circulars, one sock at a time. Toe-up. Rebecca's pattern is for cuff-down, I just reversed everything so I could go in the other direction!
Experience: fun!
