03.02.2003 :: Sherbet 5-Hour Baby Sweater

One of my friends had a baby girl last fall, so I figured I would try out the five hour baby sweater pattern and use this beautiful yarn. I figured my gauge was about right, but didn't check too closely. As it turned out, the yarn was scrumptious to knit with, but the sweater came out a bit too small for a regular sized infant.

My step-mom, who is a public health nurse, said that it would be perfectly sized for a preemie. So, after the sleeves are seamed, some lucky little baby will get this warm little sweater.

The five hour baby sweater that came out way to small!

Just an adorable baby sweater. Thanks for posting for all to see and share. What is the ingredient in the 'sherbert yarn'? I like to do preemies.

Would someone send me the pattern for the 5-hour
baby sweater?
Thanks in advance
