Peace Fleece Lighthouse Socks

Since I haven't made enough progress on Inishmore or Checkers that is significant enough to post about, I'll post a couple of updates on past projects. Peace Fleece Lighthouse Socks

I made these socks for my dear sister-in-law last Christmas. They may have been the first project ever actually completed for the intended holiday. Quite an accomplishment. I purchased the kit from Halcyon Yarn (one of my favorite yarn stores).
The yarn used is Peace Fleece. The Peace Fleece heathered colors are amazing. close-up of Volgasippi Blue

I've seen a couple of places on the web that offer un-spun Peace Fleece fibers...I haven't purchased any yet, but whenever I see the fibers offered, I'm tempted.

Beautiful sock! Halcyon is less than 15 min away from me. Aren't I lucky?
