09.24.2003 :: Twinkletoes Progress
I've only made a little bit of progress on the socks. Mostly because I ripped out the sock about three times before I was happy with the size (and I haven't had many conference calls at work!). The gauge that I measured at the tip was about nine stitches to the inch, however once I was past the increases, the gauge loosened up and the sock was turning out much too wide.
I decided to use the ribbing from Michelle's free pattern.

What a beautiful colorway! The colors make me think on some Kureyon mix I've seen before. ;)

I've been wanting to try out Michelle's pattern. The German twisted cast on sounded kinda cool. :) Claudia does a nice picot edging at the top of her socks. I've seen 'em in person. :)
