11.15.2003 :: Retouching is Fun!

Last week, I received a last minute invitation to my nephew's birthday party. I had about 24 hours to get together some sort of present for a one-year-old.

For a kid that has everything, I figured the best bet was a present for the parents...

So, I took a digital photo that I had taken this summer of the mom and one-year-old:

performed a little bit of Photoshop Elements magic:

I then had a 5"x8" copy printed out at the local drugstore and plopped it into a metal frame.

The gift was a big hit!

Oh, how cute! Your nephew has the sweetest face....retouching and cropping pictures is an art form--and you did a great job :-)
