01.01.2004 :: Happy New Year :: 2004

I think 2004 is going to be a good year! Best wishes to everyone for a healthy, positive and productive year.

A look back at one of the big changes I watched during 2003:

from 6lbs to 60lbs in four months!

New Year's Resolutions? I usually don't make them because the personal guilt of not keeping them is too much of a burden. But I'm thinking of trying something new this year. I have a list of things that I know I can do to keep my house cleaner, my mind calmer and my body healthier. My plan is to itemize the list into 52 things and then start one new item each week. I won't be overwhelmed by a massive overhaul kind of resolution, but instead will be able to make small, positive changes that will add up to a wonderful cumulative effect.

Wow. From tiny puppy to big dog in that short amount of time? That's amazing!

Happy New Year!

Oooh, nice resolution plan.

Quite entrancing.

One could simplify it further -- if one were like me -- and only do 12 resolutions, one a month....

Happy New Year. I love the puppy photo! How big is your pooch now (weight/height-wise)?

Whoops.... just saw the photo caption.

Holy frijole! What a growth spurt! Such a cutie, too! Happy New Year!

We watched a similar growth spurt with a neighborhood dog. Scary! 52 resolutions sounds like a plan. :) Let's see ~ Resolution #1. Visit Kerstin in January. ;)

Mary, we're so like-minded. Did you read my blog recently?? I hate resolutions but am changing my mind slowly. Overall, personal hapiness is up there on my list. That includes creating a healthier mind and body because they do contribute, don't they.

Mary, Do you have the Monks of New Skete dog books? I highly recommend them.

The SMooch is adorable - big or small! (But puppies are the best!)

Everytime I see your dog, it makes me want one! What a cutie! I like your "small, positive changes" idea.

What a great idea...52 weekly positive changes. Thank you! Hope your New Year is filled with fabulous fiber!
