The pile of squares that will soon be headed down south:

Flowers are so easy! They're beauty just sits there waiting for my camera's shutter to open. The fresh-cut flowers available at the local farmer's market have come to be one of my favorite Saturday morning purchases.

Gorgeous photos!
Somewhat off topic, I was just reading back about your experiences with the Eat Local Challenge. Did you ever try any of the wines from The Winery at Wolf Creek? That's my family property and my dad's labor of love. My siblings and I sold the winery to Andy Troutman (of Troutman Vineyards) when my dad died in 2000.

I love your flower pics, Mary. You know, I was never a big fan of ageratum (the blue ones), but they look so perfect in those arrangements, I may have to change my mind. :)
